FRPP纖維增強纏繞管
FRPP纖維增強纏繞管具有耐腐蝕、耐高溫、耐高壓、衛生無毒，可回收利用，特別適用于腐蝕性液體輸送(如酸堿液)，具有較憂良的抗沖擊性和拉伸強度。系統重量輕，安裝維修方便。因其特有的性能被廣泛應用于化工、化纖、氯堿、染料、給排水、食品、醫藥、污水處理、電解等行業。

產品特點
◇長久的使用壽命 在額定溫度、壓力狀況下，FRPP管道可安全使用50年以上。
◇卓越的耐腐蝕性能 FRPP管材能耐大多數化學物品的腐蝕，可在很大的范圍內承受PH值范圍在1―14的高濃度酸和堿的腐蝕。
◇優異的抗磨性能 在輸送礦砂泥漿時，FRPP管的耐磨性強于鋼管。
◇較高的剛度 FRPP管材由于加入了玻纖增強材料使FRPP管材不易變形。
◇耐熱保溫節能 FRPP管材最高使用溫度95度左右,該產品的導熱系數僅為鋼管的1/200，故有較好的保溫性能。
◇可靠的連接性能 FRPP管熱熔接口的強度高于管材本體，接縫不會由于土壤移動或載荷的作用而斷開。

纏繞管是一種替代傳統膠管保護用金屬護簧的新產品。纏繞管一般采用尼龍材質或聚丙烯材質制成。纏繞管相對應與傳統的金屬護簧產品具有耐磨性能好，抗老化、抗腐蝕性能強；更能有力的對軟管外表面進行防老化和抗磨擦保護。纏繞管相對于膠管護簧產品和其他護套產品具有更優異的便捷和環保節能效果。纏繞管內表面一般為平面，外表面分平面和弧面兩種。
纏繞管,大口徑纏繞管,雙壁纏繞管,中空纏繞管是一種以高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）為原料，經纏繞焊接成型的一種管材，由于其獨特的成型工藝，可以生產直徑達3米的管材，這是其他生產工藝難以完成的。高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）由于其本身優異的融焊接性能不但保證了產品成型工藝和產品質量，而且也為施工連接提供了多種可靠方式，如電熱熔焊接，熱收縮連接等等，同時這也是滲漏情況很少出現的一個重要原因，也正是因為這個原因，這種管材才具有其它管材不具備的獨特的環保功能，這對當前人們關注的污染防治提供了非常有效的方法。
纏繞管生產工藝
纏繞管的生產采用的是熱定型工藝，一般分一次定型和二次定型加工兩種。
一次定型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒材料經塑料擠出機加熱塑化擠出成薄片狀長條，長條從機頭模具擠出后不經過水冷卻即纏繞到纏繞機夾持的不同規格芯棒上，然后經冷卻水冷卻定型后脫離芯棒即成型為螺旋狀護套。
二次成型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒經擠出機擠出薄條后即進入冷卻水冷卻；冷卻后的長條再經纏繞機纏繞到不同規格的芯棒上；然后將芯棒推入硫化罐加溫硫化。一定時間后出罐，脫離芯棒即可成型。
